For the second time in less than a month, an unidentified woman fell from one of the upper levels of the 10th Street garage to the sidewalk below.
At 11:58 a.m., the San Jose Police department responded to a 911 call to the corner of Elizabeth and 10th streets, according to a San Jose State University Police Department press release.
UPD arrived on scene four minutes later, and the woman was alive but seriously injured and taken to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center by ambulance, the release reported.
Officials reported no signs of foul play at this time and UPD is currently investigating the incident.
